PowerProject is a Wagner Coaching program that helps you start a project that you have always dreamed about; like starting your own business or buying your first investment property.

PowerProject can also be used to give a boost to a project that has stalled and needs some movement.

Three project killers:

When I've talked with clients, I've found there are three common reasons for project stall.

• Experienced failure early on - this is the most common in my experience. You are working on something new and exciting. The original idea inspired you, but you hit a bump in the road and it derailed your natural enthusiasm. My job is to gently guide you to see how you can keep yourself on track.
• The project went off track - this is usually to blame for lack of long term vision for your project. I help by clarifying where the initial vision for the project stopped being effective. Many times this happens from a change of leadership, a loss of team members, or simply the initial vision for the project was never created.
• Creativity is missing - creativity is very elusive and can be suppressed by a number of common project killers; team member problems, management not being aligned on vision, etc. This is my favorite place to contribute. I feel that my fifteen years of engineering, design, art, and coaching have served my passion for creative thinking and problem solving.
